Not the guy who posted that, but they're overkill. As long as you eat decent, multivitamins are pointless. Instead, you should only ever take supplements/vitamins for things you're normally deficient in or looking for extra of. Most commonly, calcium, D, omega-3, iron, and b12. Know your body and give it what it needs, not just a pile of random vitamins/minerals, many of which you're most likely good on already.

Magnesium deficiencies are very common too. Taking iron supplements isn't a good idea unless you know you have a deficiency.

Ahh shit, I should've clarified I wasn't recommending taking all those, those are just all very common to be deficient in. And yeah, as for magnesium it should be said that electrolyte imbalance/deficiency can cause a lot of negative symptoms.
