Day in the Life - Beatles Sgt. Pepper
>SHARE BRIGHT FAYY-LEENG STAAAAR
>Raekwon - Only Built 4 Cuban Linx...
literally cinematic
MBDTF - Lost in the World / Who Will Survive in America
The best part of the album by far
kek
Obvious one
Rocket Queen off of Appetite for Destruction by Guns n Roses
>Life in a Glasshouse
>Buckets of rain
>Buckets of tears
>Got all them buckets comin' out of my ears
>Buckets of moonbeams in my hand
Does Not Suffice is a perfect closer
eeeeeee
>Sad-eyed lady of the lowlands,
>Where the sad-eyed prophet says that no man comes,
>My warehouse eyes, my Arabian drums,
>Should I put them by your gate,
>Or, sad-eyed lady, should I wait?
Quite honestly I probably would have killed myself it wasn't for these two albums. Thanks Bob.

9gag
>life sad
>live is a bust
>all you can do, is do what you must
>you do what you must, and you do it well
>I do it for you, honey baby can't you tell?
not as epic as Eclipse, but i feel like the second half of Bike gives this album a really fitting ending
>Heart of the Sunrise
came here to post this
>Sharp
>Distance
Starless is fucking great m8 :)
>that coda on The Court of the Crimson King
Not even memeing
...
>I AM A KNIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIII
people who say tim is better are deluded
A LITTLE GREEN ROSETTAAAHH
fucking insane what they did with just three damn chords
also agree
I MISS YOU OH I MISS YOU
It's a truly beautiful album but quite honestly it's caused me to burst into tears several times over the last two weeks. I've always been a big Bob Dylan fan but I didn't fully appreciate Blood on the Tracks until my relationship of four years fell to pieces.
...
>no one has posted literally the greatest final track on an album ever
Brilliant ending, possibly the best track on the album.
name a better side-long medley
That flute
Pure perfection

trips confirms
you're alright, user
I FIGHT WITH THE HANDLE OF MY LITTLE BROWN BROOM
I PULL OUT THE WIRES OF THE TELEPHONE
Live it Out. Saw them live and they did it unplugged as their closing number. So good
...
Does this count?
Though it's not really an "ultimate" ending, I still enjoy it
(discovery is better than RAM)
RAM is better if you like pop, Discovery is better if you like electronic/dance.
gives me shivers everytime
...
I heard Dry Your Eyes on Bob Dylan's Theme Time Radio Hour, it's the first time in my life I've actually really enjoyed rap music. Do you think I might like the rest of the album on that basis?
youtube.com
Decent 2nd half of the album in my opinion, but this saves it.
This so much
I agree.
It's a shame that you can't compliment this album in any way not without clarifying that you're being unironic.
I wish it ended with Watermelons
checked
...
...
the record is worth a listen, is a concept record with a linear story. it is pretty accessible.
>that bass line
Squire was something else
>tfw you will never see NMH perform live
>tfw you will never walk into an Athens coffee shop and see members of the band
>tfw you will never hear member of Elephant Six bands play trumpets and bassoons as part of the arrangements through thick walls from backstage
no you dont understand
watermelon is the best song but little green rosetta is a more perfect closer
fuckin Contact tho
...
OPEN UP YA OPEN UP YA OPEN UP YA OPEN UP YA OPEN UP YA OPEN UP YA OPEN UP YA OPEN UP YA OPEN UP YA THROAT
prove me wrong
But you are because that album is a meme
>Wolf At the Door
hnngh
>The guitar outro at the end of Tame Impala's Lonerism
one of the best radiohead songs dude
Suns coming up is so underrated yeah its no keep on lying or nthhsfhbawcc but its still a solid closing song
The ending to the song makes the final even greater
It might be dad rock, but Won't Get Fooled Again is still a great rock song.
check'd
WHO BROUGHT ME HERE?
it manages to be a rant and a coherent song at the same time, underrated as fuck
Mug nigga. Perfectly captures that feeling of isolation and hopelessness that the album hints at throughout
>You should feel so happy
>you should feel so glad
Fuck, man
I fucking love The Last Call
>I've got a mouse and he doesn't have a house, I don't know why; I call him Gerald.
OR
>I don't know why I call him Gerald
Which is it?
Remove the annoying fucking dog whine from Seamus, and remove the singing crowd from Fearless, and this album is perfect
>underrated
It's not underrated to people who actually get through to the end of the album
The outro of Shine on your Crazy Diamond Part 2 is too magic
I hate Who's Next so much, holy shit
agree
That last G chord and mangum getting up from the chair.
Nice. They're not talked about as much as they should be on this board.
...
Its not the final song, but the end of Sheep in animals is fantastic too
...
WE WANT THE WORLD AND WE WANT IT
NOW
NOW?
NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOW
this so fucking much
I like the dog whistle at the end of the mono version of A Day In Te Life.
SHARP!
...
DISTANCE!
...
HOW! CAN!
Bad ending. Totally unrock like and was just a ``stupid'' song for stupid's-sake. Everything before that is great though.
THE WIIIIIND WITH SO MANY AROUUUND MEEE
I FEEL LOOOST IN THE CITYYYYYYYYYYY YEAH
