Favourite book, he transported me to that house in the middle of the hills, surrounded by wilderness, storms and animal noises. The characters are ao profound and weirs. The relationship with the librarian, his sexual confused sister...the concept is creepy but the way he writes is surreal and magical...wouls recommend the wind up birs chronicile.
