Texas can't support 3 teams

Neither can Canada, and yet here we are.

All 3 Canadian teams are doing fairly well famm

>being this much of a faggot

Canada probably couldn't support more than three teams though. Ottawa and Edmonton are too small.

what the fuck is that ugly piece of shit?

Just imagine how bad it would if Toronto won

Day of the rake WHEN?

There's hardly been any shitposting from Sounders fans since the MLS cup.

So fast and yet so slow.

I'm more excited to (hopefully) watch the fall of the NASL. Again.

They're STILL hashing out the NASL/division business apparently
Wondering if maybe it will be staying, but in a manner more friendly and/or subservient towards MLS

>tfw anti-NASL cucks gets BTFO once again

feels good

What do you guys think
(pls respond to my thread)

Please be very kind to tell me.

Which is the best city and the best state in the United States, to be a fan of soccer and to be a fan of the major league soccer (MLS)

Anchorage and Alaska

Kansas City, MO

Weed, CA

Sporting kansas city play in Kansas City, KC

I do not like Alaska.

It's too cold

same place really

City with the same name, but in different states

>I do not like Alaska.

Get the fuck out of here

they are right next to each other, Kansas City, KC and Kansas City, MO are sepetrated by state lines by geographically next to each other

Fight and Win, WA

>Weed, CA

A bunch of college kids made a NPSL team there yet?

very true.

But at least Sporting Kansas City, play in the state of kansas

My problem with the state of Washington.

Are the seahawks and mariners.
I would like a state, where MLS (major league soccer) is the dominant professional sports league and where soccer is the most popular sport among people.

A state like that doesn't exist in America.

Now that may change in a couple decades, but for now, every state that has an MLS team also has another popular college and/or pro team of some kind.

In all seriousness, your best bet would be either a west coast team, a Canada team, or a new york team if you are looking for cities where soccer is more popular.

Well, what I am looking for is a city or state where Major League Soccer (MLS) is the dominant professional sports league and par excellence among people.

And also that it is a city where soccer is very popular among people.
The state or the city of soccer in the united states

The NASL is about to be demoted to 3rd tier and/or fold entirely. Numerous teams are in horrible financial shape and multiple have left/are leaving for MLS.

then the west coast teams are probably what you are looking for.

Even though Seattle, LA, and Portland all have other sports teams, Soccer is more popular there than any other region in the US.

Again, there is no state where the MLS is the most popular/dominant league. Seattle has had the single season MLS attendance record for 8 straight seasons by a large margin, the LA Galaxy are the most successful team in the league with 5 championship, and Portland is moderately successful and has consistent attendance/viewership.

There's also the San Jose Earthquakes. San Jose is in California, but the city doesn't have any other sports team. The team hasn't really been good since 2012 though.

You could also wait for the new LA expansion franchise as well, but that's a few years off.

>San Jose is in California, but the city doesn't have any other sports team.

>who are da shorcs

oh yeah, I forget that furpuck exists sometimes

my bad.

good ones.

Los Angeles, San Jose, Portland or Seattle?

Which of these cities is the best to be a fan of soccer and to be a fan of the MLS (major league soccer)?

not a fan of either team, but it's gotta be poorland or shittatle, probably will get shit on for saying so, but stadiums are right in the city and fanbase seems committed

every time I make my question the state or the city of soccer in the USA.
Almost all (the vast majority) tell me it's Portland or Seattle.
Portland or Seattle?

Which of those 2 cities is the best for being a soccer fan and for being a soccer fan?

Seattle has better attendance and a bigger stadium, but both cities are pretty equal for the most part when it comes to being a soccer fan, tradition, etc. Both teams have soccer history going back to the 70's NASL, both team's have won a championship within the last 2 years, and both teams have dedicated fanbases.

research both and choose from that, or just flip a coin and stick to that. either way, if you become a fan of one you will probably end up hating the other.

The truth is that my problem with the city of seattle, are the seahawks and mariners.

I am looking for a city where MLS (Major League Soccer) is the most popular sports league among the people and the dominant professional sporting sports league.

STOP FEEDING THE COSTA RICAN

he's just a poor little autist, not unlike many of us.

also keeps threads bumped

...

Which franchise is more popular in Columbus: Crew or Blue Jackets?

Probably Crew, but even then, college football is way bigger than both.

>Here’s your #NASL #USL update: Per USSF spokesman, “Discussions still ongoing & will be thru end of year.” No specific reason for hold up.

>>No specific reason for hold up

NASL won't die of their own accord
USSF won't pull the rug out from under them
USL twiddling their thumbs, waiting for something to happen

>NASL dying a slow death until they become irrelevant

What are the confirmed teams coming back to the NASL?

FC Edmonton
Indy Eleven
Miami FC
Puerto Rico FC
San Francisco Deltas

New York Cosmos have terminated all their player contracts, North Carolina FC are considering USL, and Rayo OKC, Ft. Lauderdale Strikers, and Jacksonville Armada are all on the verge of bankruptcy.

>Soon

>tfw BASED CSL buying all the decent players away from MLels

Why wasn't it Minnesota?

idk, scheduling is complicated. >we play them in their opener the very next week

Green's finally leaving Bayern

Couldn't care less

>yfw Pulisic wins one for Da States

Fuck him
Fuck all who leave these shores

>he's a MLSaboo

>He's a yurocuck
I'm only interested in national pride
If the team is full of yuro-based rent boys it will be an embarrassment

calm down bruce arena

Fuck off yurocuck

Why isn't Seattle opening at home?

I bet you rate Jordan Morris too.

Nothing wrong with it, if the CSL wants to overpay more than MLS for foreign talent let them, the quality of their players and league are still years behind MLS. I don't think most people are that saddened that he's choosing China

Sorry, I follow based CSL.

Oh, hey rebulls

>Soon

When will the MLS take their logo out of the jersey numbers?

it looks so shitty.

when everyone else stops doing it

>and Rayo OKC, Ft. Lauderdale Strikers, and Jacksonville Armada are all on the verge of bankruptcy

NASL needs to pump money to keep all three alive for one more year to have a season next year and keep D2 status. Maybe the USSF is cowardly enough to allow a 7-team league.

Would the league even be able to financially succeed if it got relegated to D3? A lot of the remaining teams were firm believers that the NASL was a sound investment and could (eventually) rise to D1 status, but if they move down the pyramid, I can't imagine they'll believe that much anymore.

USL won't try to move up either, it's too tied in with MLS, so the teams could potentially jump ship to USL and bid for MLS expansion, crippling the NASL.

Does the NASL even have money at this point?

The Cosmos are the only one not actively trying to jump to the USL
