This. Probably some kind of supplement, prescription drugs and even otc drugs usually have some kind of markings.

Of course, it could be heroin (often sold in caps like that and look like white powder like that) but no one is going to lose a cap of heroin, especially not one stuffed that full. So, I give it about a 0.2% chance of being heroin.

Where the hell do you live? I've never seen heroin in caps. Always in a wax paper bag with a stamp on it.
