i dont know

ayer confirmed Joker killed Robin (with Harley's help) which caused Batman to go berserk, which is why hes so moody and kills people. Also confirms he knocks all of jokers front teeth which is why he wears a grill

Most fun I've had in the theater this summer

But he had the grill when he met Harley in Arkham.

>Harley helps kill Jason
>Joker gets his teeth knocked the fuck out
>when Harley first meets him, he already has the grill

as always, Joker origin stories defies continuity

Anally gaping plot hole right here

It's been on my kind since the movie came out.

seriously? lmao AYER

The twist is going to be that Robin's "death" is that he got turned into the Joker right?

ayer gonna FREAK

no in the same interview, Ayer denied that Joker was Robin.

So its nightwing.

ayer also said that's why he had the tattoo since Batman "damaged" him.

However he has it when he meets Harley

why would he spoil the main twist of a multi million dollar movie for some interviewer? Just saying...

He also lied about the joker's tattoos being in the movie.

So, yea, they're just lying at this point.

At this point it would be more shocking if joker wasn't one of the robins or nightwing.

I think Ayer is a hack who was just making shit up to be honest, I doubt he really thought about continuity. which is just stupid in a cinematic universe.

though batman may damaged him before thats not same thing as grill

so he designed Joker that way cause just "looked cool" for him?

lol he said there are reasons and shit multiple times since 2014

No, ayer explained that the tattoo gets put on once Batman fucks his teeth up

WB has yet to give any indication they care about continuity.

I hope the Robin that died was Jason Todd, cause I like Dick Grayson and Nightwing too much. Although I do admit it would cheapen the idea that Batman's partner is dead if he could just find a replacement.

I think there's some significance to the Robin being crossed out.

Maybe he's not really dead.

>I hope the Robin that died was Jason Todd, cause I like Dick Grayson and Nightwing too much. Although I do admit it would cheapen the idea that Batman's partner is dead if he could just find a replacement.

Batman initially didn't want Tim Drake to be Robin, it was Tim Drake who actually figured out the connection between BruceWayne Batman and Dick Grayson and recgonized that Batman was becoming sloppy without the anchor of a partner.

Yeah I honestly think that the reason the joker is designed that way is because he "looked cool". Story reasons could've been made to fit around this iteration of the character after he was designed.

I'm not opposed to a robin, but with the tone that they've set for the DCEU, I don't know how they would do it without making it too cartoonish.

Fucking hell what a bunch of frauds. Only way to redeem it is that the joker is actually the first robin, got his teeth punched off cause he became a retarded juggalo and came back to kill the second robin, or some shit like that

The interview happened after the movie released

Couldn't that potentially be done better/explained that Joker's an unreliable narrator, so insane that not even he can accurately tell what's happened to him/what he does, like it has been done before?

>so he designed Joker that way cause just "looked cool" for him?
Yes. That's the main driving theme of the DCEU. ITS SO COOL AND BADASS. Snyder is the same way but even worse.

>I like Dick Grayson and Nightwing too much
I don't get the appeal. They're all just minor variations of an already existing character, Batman.

That could've worked if we were viewing things from his perspective, but that's not the way it was portrayed.

4U

He works better as a side character in my opinion, kind of like Han Solo. He's cool, but should he get his own stories and would they be good? Probably not

The twist, if it occurs would occur in one of the later films.

lol why he was in again

Robin is a criminal too.

If you can't take it stop being a vigilante, Joker literally did nothing wrong.

Did you see the second interview?
He backpedaled fucking hard.

Said something to the effect of
"i'm not opening that door - but I'm not closing it either"

I'm so sick of the DCEU fucking everything up. Less easter eggs and more world building pls ffs

Even if they're criminals, murder is still a crime you fool

>Ayer can't even keep his own damn stories straight
But it totally doesn't deserve 27% right puddins

R-r-right

It means she's a TOTAL WILD CARD lol

>all harley wanted a happy aryan family with perfect seeds

WAS THAT SO HARD goddamn

>Superman has been around for like a year or two
>Batman is already old as fuck and they just met

Does DC know their timeline is fucked?

I actually liked that scene.

and she was 18 as a professional psychiatrist at Arkham...

only good part of movie

Why would that not work? Keep in mind that while a cinematic universe can adapt stories from the comics, things don't need to be 100% accurate.

I didn't, it not only goes against Harley in the comics (which sees her and Joker being "normal" as in wearing the costumes still), but it goes against her previous Hot Topic statement that "normal" is just a setting on a washing machine.

>Height 6'5

lol what

btw requiesting a CIA form

This.
It's been a theme since as early as Man of Steel.
A movie in which two things are established:
1) Kryptonian civilization spread out to the stars and flourished for thousands of years, not only on Krypton, and the colonies were abandoned intentionally 3 centuries before the destruction (Space Dad's exposition when meeting Clark)
2) Earth is literally the only planet the Kryptonians know of where creating a colony is even possible, despite having been to a lot of the abandoned colony planets that were flourishing according to 1 (Zod's reasoning)

I genuinely don't know how you can break franchise continuity without there being at least 2 instalments in the franchise, but they managed.

They should do prequels.

>Deadshot prequel, ends with his arrest by batman
>Harley+Joker film, ends with Harley arrested
>Batman film features Killer Croc getting arrested

65"
65 inches aka 5.4 feet tall

it was really fake and gay how they added that final frame and the stupid animations for the character intros as if to make the entire movie seem light hearted and wacky like the advertising was making it seem

I just think they should've done a batman film first to set up Hatley and the joker and possibly Killer Crocker getting arrested in the opening sequence. But for whatever reason they decided to skip all that and front load Suicide Squad with exposition. Im not too familiar with the comics but Deadshot doesn't need his own movie I think, he's a hitman who never misses his targets and he has a daughter. That's all we really need to know to be honest

*croc

Why didn't they just make a light hearted film?

If Deadshot is played by Will Smith, I think he could do a decent enough stand alone film.

that would take planning ahead abilities which WB severely lacks

>assualting a police officer

comic book child genius i guess

in the comics she only got her PhD by sleeping with her professors kek

She could've just been an intern or something but who gives a shit to be honest. We're talking about a world where an alien flies around in tights and kills the cave troll from LOTR. It doesn't exactly break my suspension of disbelief.

Well that shit happens in real life too you know

Really made me think

>possession and distribution of child pornography
Seriously, what the fuck?
