Just so you guys know, a candidate isn't allowed to keep their campaign finances after an election. There are rules in place to prevent people from running just to raise money and then drop out.

Once you drop out of the race you either have to give all of your leftover finances to your party, donate it to charity, or put it away until the next election so you can use it then. But you're not allowed to use any of it for yourself.

If she gets a majority of pledged delegates, no one is going to whine about superdelegates pushing her over 50%, since, in that scenario, superdelegates giving the win to Bernie would be equally 'unfair', if not more so.

Bernie keeps running for the same reason every other former candidate continued running as long as they did: Being in the national spotlight is good for your career, name recognition, party influence etc, and he's not out of cash yet.

People don't 'suspend their campaign' because they themselves have come to some insightful realisation. They suspend their campaign if and only if they're out of money. This happens when they have reached a point where their donors consider it a lost cause and refuse to throw anymore cash when it's clear they won't get influence in return.
