The afternoon session sees World Number 8 Mensur Suljovic against one-time Lakeside winner Mark Webster. The Gentle had an unconvincing 3-0 win over butch Dutch bottlejob Ron Meulenkamp while the Welshman produced the finishing performance of the tournament so far, missing just 2 out of his 11 double attempts against cock-eyed Joe Murnan.
