It's true. My work is right at an intersection and on the other sire, every day, 2 unmarked cop cars just sit there all day long waiting for speeders to ticket. They get one and go right back to where they were sitting to wait for the next.

Except that when you don't see VWs or Volvos of specific types in your rear view mirror, they're typically not there. And statistically, they're never there, which is a fact that drivers are aware of
