Normally a lot of modern "Christian" music sucks because it's either a) a forced mix of two unrelated genres b) whorship music used by nondenominationals to carry the message, but taken out of the context of their mass/service (don't know what nondenominationals call it) it sounds awkward or c) too blunt. I find the best genres of music for very blunt Christian music are Country and Gospel because that's the style of their music anyways.
