Post a director's best film, then call everyone who has opinions that you don't agree with a pleb or a faggot.
Post a director's best film, then call everyone who has opinions that you don't agree with a pleb or a faggot
you're correct OP
...

...
>1980s GOT is better than the best scifi satire of all time
Fuck off faggot
...
based
>1980's GOT
kill yourself
That's not contempt
im almost done
I'm not sure which one is better:
>The Good, the Bad and the Ugly
or
>Once upon a time in the west
What do you think? I think I slightly prefer the good the bad and the ugly
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is the more fun of the two, but Once Upon a Time is much more kinomagraphically mature and more fully fleshed as a piece of art rather than as pure entertainment.
That being said, I still prefer GBU.
Once Upon a Time in the West
The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly is entertaining but some scenes are jarringly campy
Blue Velvet will forever by timeless Kino. Lost Highway was so very moment to moment interesting rather than the single punctual hit that Blue Velvet gives.
Could well be correct.
Probably the film that would be the most impossible for any other director to tackle
Faggot
...
...
I've only seen two Fellini films and La Dolce Vita is better
...
is Danny Boyle underappreciated?
...
Are shit movies underappreciated?
...
didn't most of his movies get positive reviews?
...
...
...
Not seen this but Belle De Jour was hot as fuck so I'm going to disagree with you anyways
fucking reddit
...
...
You know you proved your point to be invalid inside your own point.
...
Pure kino right here senpai
...
And that's not The Holy Mountain
...
But that's his worst.
Stop posting on Sup Forums while you watch a film.
The first act and the third act are the best, although the second act is still top tier.
Nowhere near his best, but very underrated.
Blue Velvet is my second favorite Lynch actually, good taste lads
The Holy Mountain becomes 10x less interesting when you realize it's just a retelling of Jodorowsky's faith (Mandean). El Topo is his real kino
He's a hired-gun director without a particularly distinctive style. I like everything I've seen of his, but I get why he doesn't have much of a following.
dont say taxi driver faggots
Casino, faggot
Fail.
All of you pleb faggots can kiss my dick
agreed
but the rest is overated crap
Amazing Lynch Kino. He's my favorite director of all time.
>not tropic thunder
In ten years, you The Thing fags will agree with me.
Vertigo is a bit overrated
Then in 15, you'll all realize its Escape From New York
>not "In The Mouth of Madness"
I'd say
1. Vertigo
2. Psycho
3. Rear Window
4. North by Northwest
5. Notorious
6. The Birds
7. Marnie
8. Strangers on a Train
9. Rebecca
10. Shadow of a Doubt
They Live you plebs
>Vertigo as number one
>The Birds is on the list
>No Rope
What's wrong with The Birds? I agree with you on Rope though, probably his most underrated.
...
>marnie is on the list
>it's above fucking strangers on a train and shadow of a doubt
it's his worst or second worst film
>girl gets attacked by birds a traumatizing amount of times
>when hiding in their house near the end of the movie she asks if she can bring her pet birds into the living room
Disregard this, this movie is shit.
pleb
You probably get turned on by girls.
fuck off with your bubblegum fetish
>not Dune
top pleb
king of plebs
Ironically Jodorowsky's Dune is the only good thing involving that filthy hack
*HR GIGER MOANS*
i think you should go to the closest capeshit thread
Jodorowsky is literally a pleb filter for redditors and video game players that want to be patrician. I'd suggest you fuck off to /r/film, but I'm sure you already have it open in another tab.
maybe you just dont get it, thats ok, not everyone can be patrician
I bet you're one of the autists that unironically defends BvS as "kino"
once upon a time in the WEST .. is the correct answer .. u fucking pleb
>Inb4 no one posts Interstellar, gets called a faggot pleb and gets The Dark Knight Rises in reply.
agreed with this Post
no
idk, pulp fiction and RD are bretty good, maybe overrated but not crap
it's very good but I prefer Spirited Away, you faggot pleb :)
so hard to choose but pic related maybe
I prefer DBZ World's Strongest
I prefer Elephant Man but this is a close second, maybe third next to Straight Story.
True. A true testament to scale in films. If only we had a ten hour cut.
So difficult to choose between Holy Mountain and El Topo. They're very equal to me.
Very underrated, but not his greatest.
Of all his terrible films you chose his third worst next to Django and Hateful 8.
Maybe the most appreciable of his films, but the fact that it's a complete emulation of another film is probably why.
For me, both Mononoke and Nausicaa are equally brilliant.
Truly the most overrated mediocre film to ever be conceived.
Spielberg made one good film and it's Sugarland Express.
See Band of Outsiders is my favorite Godard film, though this definitely would apart of my favorites from him.
True.
True.
I've only ever liked Trainspotting.
My third favorite next to Mononoke and Nausicaa.
I'd argue for Raging Bull but they're the only two Scorsese films I've greatly enjoyed.
Great film, but Satantango in terms of scale, is glorious.
I Stand Alone is definitely my personal favorite of his.
Very much a close second to La Grande Illusion.
True.
True.
It's a close call between this, Red Beard or Ikiru.
>It's a close call between this, Red Beard or Ikiru.
Scratch that. A close call between Kagemusha, Throne of Blood and Ikiru.
ooooh god i forgot how much I loved Red Beard! it was definitely my favorite when I was younger.
yep I've been watching throne of blood a lot lately, too.
...
>I Stand Alone is definitely my personal favorite of his.
that shit's even too edgy for some 15 year olds, sorry i like Noe but that movie is a fucking joke
Thats not fanny and alexander.
The King of Comedy
To each his own.
