Worst decade so far, although there are a few gems that have become my favorite pieces of music.
Chillwave, Yung Lean/Cloud rap scene, Salem and some albums here and there that have really stuck out.
On a whole tho this genre has been trash compared to 80s - 00s.

It's been a really bad decade for popular music. It's all about solo artists, there is no grounds really producing anyhing worth listening to, creativity has died.
Obviously you can find people at the fringes producing good stuff but that's never what people mean.

Disagree. Creativity isn't close to dead, it's just spread out over a larger are. It's harder to see. I also don't think it's hard to find people putting out great material, you just have to peek around the stuff that most everyone else is yelling about.
I've really enjoyed the 10s so far. More so than the 90s. More so than the 80's.
