Why hasn't there been a documentary or movie about his life?

Why hasn't there been a documentary or movie about his life?

He died in his u district apartment
I live in the u district.
I wonder where it was

Because he was a degenerate junkie who made shit music and nobody cares that he's dead.

>Caring about degeneracy on a board with porn ads

How is porn not the essence of degeneracy??

This is a blue board, there are no porn ads.

Besides, nobody has made a movie about porn ads either. Nobody cares about degenerate scum. Especially if they also make shit music.

Because there isn't much appeal to him despite his music. He died in a miserable way and a movie about it could only denegrate his image.

>no porn ads
there's plenty of ads for weeb sites that sell pocky, hentai and fleshlights tho

>Nobody cares about degenerate scum.

Nobody likes young angstkids even more, but then here you are.

This doesn't even make sense as bait since there's hundreds and hundreds of documentaries about musicians that used drugs.

yeah but how many documentaries are there about junkies who rotted away in their apartment trying to break the world record of most drugs ingested in one year

Jim Morrison

Probably a few. And half of them are about John Belushi.

The young angstkids would be the ones still listening to Alice in Chains 20 years after they were relevant and idolizing Layne Staley for being le tortured artist. And it'll be fucking wonderful when you go back to school in the fall.

they're not the ones complaining about musicians being degenerate though

>listening to old music is angsty

listening to shit music for trailer trash is angsty

>The young angstkids would be the ones still listening to Alice in Chains 20 years after they were relevant

What? By definition they would be older then. By decades, no less. That doesn't even make sense.

>And it'll be fucking wonderful when you go back to school in the fall.

Just stop; we both know you're young.

Because he died withered and alone, way past his prime.

Sure he was an exceptional musician, but Alice in Chains hadn't made music in years when he died. As opposed to Cobain who killed himself at the height of Nirvana's popularity. I do find it weird that Alice in Chains doesn't have any real documentaries about them, considering they were one of, if not the best of the 90's bands.

Nobody who actually lived through 90's (born in 1985 here btw) listens to any of that shit. It's all young kids who think it's deep and authentic even though it was mass produced pop garbage. Kinda like how you can look at pics from Coachella and find 1,000 girls under 16 wearing Nirvana tanktops. Nobody who was alive when Nirvana was actually popular still listens to that shit, because it's designed for young teenagers.

>being this edgy

And I know plenty of people who were alive for Nirvana's success that still listen to them, so I say you're wrong, so there.
See how anecdotal arguments make you look dumb?

DEUS VULT

if my schoolmates want to laugh at me then I will make sure to see them face to face in the final genocide! laugh while you still can you assholes!

I know you're baiting but my dad is a couple years away from 50 and AiC is one of the fews bands he and I can both listen to, he has a shitty 8gb iPod and Dirt is one of the few complete albums he has on it.

Ayy tell your dad he's a fucking legend for still having an 8gb ipod.

literally who?
