Has anyone read the Secret diary of Laura Palmer and the Autobiography of FBI special agent Dale Cooper? I'm trying to understand if they're worth the money (and i'll probably be forced to buy at least the latter in english), although for now i've seen they were well received by the fans
Do they actually have any interesting new stuff in it, considering i've already seen both the show and FWWM?
Is it okay if I only watched season two until the reveal of the killer and then stopped, it just got to weird for me
keep going. i know it's hard but trust me. the final episode is the best episode of the series.
The Secret Diary of Laura Palmer is a very interesting read, in fact a part of it was relayed in the show, when Donna tells Harold about the time she and Laura were at a creek with some boys. And Sheryl Lee read it to prepare for FWWM. It really goes into Laura's mind and how she deals with and acts out from Bob's abuse. Definitely look into getting it.
I haven't read the other one.
I too at some point during season 2 stopped watching
But then weeks later i was bored, kept watching and eventually things were bearable again
I know there's a list around of recommended episodes, but i don't know if it's really reliable. Because really, every episode enstablishes a little something, the drama is in costant revolution so it'd be weird to just jump to episode X unable to understand why and how A and B happened. But what's sure is that watching the whole thing is worth for the last 3-4 episodes and the movie Fire Walk with Me
a really easy way to tell if you are watching a shit episode or a good episode is if Cooper is wearing a Suit or not.
The episode he wears flannel for the first time is the first shit episode of the show. the episode where he puts a suit back on is the first good one after the string of dogshit
>free tibet
what did he mean by this?
Yeah, i guess. But i also think it's a bit a matter of opinion. The overall episodes might be boring, but i still found charming silly shit like Mulder in drag and Ben Horne's civil war crisis, even if such subplots often go really nowhere
Don't worry, no charge for it.
>he doesn't wear a suit in season 3
UH OH
i watched some of season 2, until i found out who the killer was and then a little bit more. I dont remember where I was at all, because its been so long. Been wanting to go back, and finish it up. Is there a season 2 episode after the killer reveal that I should start it from
What's the best scene in the series and why is it pic related?
TAKE ANOTHER LOOK SONNY IT'S ABOUT TO HAPPEN AGAIN
Did you see what happened to the killer? If not, then watch Season 2, Episode 9/"Arbitrary Law". If you did, then start with the next one, Season 2, Episode 10/"Dispute Between Brothers"
just watch the whole series again
season 1 is so good it's worth it.
don't skip any episode. But you can take out your phone and not pay attention whenever Nadine highschool shennanigans, little nicky, james fixing cars, or ben civil war shit is happening.
Major Briggs' vision
Best scene bar none. Right in the feels.
I just rewatched season 2, and there's really only about 4 or 5 bad episodes. Stop watching when Cooper loses his badge and start again when Heather Graham shows up would be a good guideline.
there are important things that happen in those shit episodes. If you start again where you say you wouldn't know whats going on with the owl cave and wyndom earle etc.
Fucking hell this scene is pure kino
>GOULD?
He wears several kinds of suits in S3
Including pic related
No it isn't.
...
The reason I'm not worried about the new episodes is that even shitty episodes of Twin Peaks, I'm looking at you James Hurley you mopey motorcycle riding fuck, are still better than anything else on TV right now.

also this
why does this guy always look like he's passing a stone
Because apparently he sort of was.
>Marshall sued the pharmaceutical company Hoffmann-LaRoche (a unit of Roche Holding AG) for $11 million in damages for injuries which, he claimed, resulted from his taking the drug Accutane. He claimed he had suffered Accutane-related gastrointestinal distress so severe that it necessitated a four-month hospital stay, and the surgical removal of his colon.

To post something different: youtube.com
One of the saddest scenes I have ever seen, it's done sooo well. And the scene beforehand with BOB and Maddy is just brutal. Incredible.
>What's your biggest fear, major?
>That love might not be enough
finally hit the """"Quality wall"""" in the middle of S2
you guys are a bunch of babies, this SoL stuff is so comfy, and there is still a momentum on their lives.
Those are good, but this one is the GOAT

Season 2 definitely has some of the best lycnh moments even though it has some stupid romance stories that you couldn't give two shits about.
...
is FWWM worth a watch
fuck yeah, but it's more Lynchian than most of Twin Peaks
yes but it's not good
It has Bowie
Quiet you
my father only ever told me he hated me
;_;
>rare peaks 3 peak
tnx lad
how do you expect its going to be?, to me it will be filled with a lot of nostalgia, seeing the original cast old and that stuff
It's not going to be what anyone is expecting that's for sure.
Hope the book will give us a good idea.
Bahm bahm bahm bahm bahm duh bahm
Not only Bowie, but Bowie doing a strange southern accent.
