Who was the better 'straight man'?

I've been watching Parks and Rec and I have to say Ben is a much better straight man.
AND Ben does a much better 'look at camera' face.

Jim because he resembles an average person more. Ben was alright but felt more like the director said "ok but.... You gotta make sure you pick the most good looking guy you can find, too."

Ben was a writer's stand-in whose personality fluctuated wildly, just like most characters on P&R. That show was so desperate to please, it became embarrasing. The final season is one the worst things ever.

Jim, though a little boring, was a believable and consistent character, and a great constant for the audience.
