where can i watch the full performance?

Original by The Marvelettes is fantastic too if you haven't heard it

Can someone explain to me why the Beatles thought "How Do You Do It?" was shit and didn't want to release it? To me it sounds pretty similar to their own songwriting at the time.

I got you

Worse yet, - That means a lot - is better than lots of songs released on their offical albums

Now, the inverse of OP

The worst albums/songs

1 For sale
2 Let it be
3 With the beatles
4 Yellow submarine
5 Help!

1 Got to get you into my life (stupid wind section)
2 Good morning good morning (same as above)
3 Everybody's got something to hide except me & my monkey ( it goes nowhere)
4 Maggie mae (not even a jam, filler)
5 The inner light ( i love the sitar on George's songs, but this one is pretty forgettable)
5 Revolution #1

THE FACT THAT revolution 9, piggies, or wild honey pie aren't in your bottom 5 is ridiculous .

>1 Got to get you into my life (stupid wind section)
>2 Good morning good morning (same as above)
You shut your whore mouth.

>piggies
and you as well.

The pig noises in that song are offputting in a way the bird noises in other songs aren't

i just realized i posted 6 instead of 5, and Revolution #1 is the last.
I dont dislike Revolution 9 as much, i find it interesting but i agree i can be irritating to most people. Piggies i love that clavicord / piano melody.
Is hard to defend Wild Honey pie tough

Im sorry, everytime i hear Got to get you into my life i feel like ripping the CD out and throwing it out the window. Same with Good morning. I feel like Paul was trying to irritate George Martin with those 2 songs

When you see all the incredible songs that didn't make albums then you see Wild fucking Honey Pie make a record it really makes you think. No wonder George hated them by the end. Wild Honey Pie and a 9 minute field recording.

1. revolver
2. abbey road
3. white album
4. rubber soul
5. sgt. pepper

1. tomorrow never knows
2. love you to
3. golden slumbers/carry that weight/the end
4. helter skelter
5. happiness is a warm gun

One time I was driving down a country road at like 2 in the morning listening to the white album and Revolution 9 came on and I decided since there was no one around I'd crank the volume way up to hear all the little details and the resulting experience was very creepy. I'd recommend that as the definitive way to listen to that track: surrounded by extremely loud speakers in a confined space, exhausted and zooming through the darkness.

Well, you got a point. Like the aforementioned That means a lot. Or the fact that Lennons' Jealous Guy was intended to be on the White album but the other 3 guys didnt care too much for that one

Child of Nature>Jealous guy. Too bad it wasn't recorded properly

If you can get a bootleg of the original Revolution #1 with Revolution #9 being part of the original thing, it makes more sense.
Is not like people who hate it are suddenly going to love it, but at least makes more sense

>Albums

>not having Abbey Road in top 5

This

The first three albums are proof that The Beatles were punk as fuck before Brian Epstein got his hands on them.

Get Back is better than Let It Be.

The Christmas album is just plain fun especially the Christmas messages from 1966-1969.

If You've Got Troubles-Great Ringo vehicle
The Inner Light-I like George and his erzats ragas
You Know My Name-The Beatles at their best when it comes to Monty Pyhtonesque humor
Revolution #9- Unlike any other song The Beatles ever did
John (Yoko's Calling)- The Beatles still proving that they could be a punk band if they wanted to.
Dig It- John's off the cuff ramblings that's a lot of fun to listen to. Shame they cut it down for the Let It Be album

Meet The 3tles- Proof that The Beatles could actually get back together and be a band again if they chose to. So what if it's all covers> So what if the last half is just ukeleles? Everybody wanted a Beatles reunion and this is the end rest of said reunion. Fun and historical.

Not Guilty, Come and Get It, Sour Milk Sea-The original versions are better than what was finally released IMHO.

See

I fail to understand your response to my post

So what?
Doesn't mean that I think it's a bad album or that I don't like it. If it's in your top five, that's great. Good for you.But don't judge me just because it's not in mine.

1. Magical Mystery Tour
2. white album
3. Revolver
4. Help!
5. Abbey Road

>I've Just Seen a Face
>The Fool on the Hill
>Here There and Everywhere
>You Never Give Me Your Money
>It's All Too Much

1. Magical Mystery tour
2. Sgt Pepper
3. Please Please me
4. Abbey Road
5. Rubber Soul

1. Strawberry Fields Forever
2.Ticket to Ride
3. Love Me Do
4. Michelle
5 Penny Lane

Magical Mystery Tour is underrated af and is god-tier in my honest opinions

I think MMT was one of the first albums I ever listened to. At least I remember singing the songs from it at a very young age, like 3 years old.

What the fuck is wrong with you?

Where can I listen Meet the 3tles?

Are you a pothead?
Why Rocky Raccoon?
Fun tune but it rarely gets credit

1 A day in the life
2 the long one
3 tomorrow never knows
4 come together
5 in my life or Strawberries
Or
1 Penny lane
2 oh darling
3 yesterday
4 i saw her standing there , that fucking bass tho
5something

It depends on my mood.
Also Ringo's lead in Carry that weight really sells the feeling of nostalgia to me.
Goddamn what a great sendoff

What episode is this?
