It takes some episodes to really start.
The best things he does in the first part of the series are stealing money from his whore to get the hero's gf, tricking a rich family into letting him marry their daughter and being a neet while his wife and her family do all the work.
Then they send him to work on the Qin emperor's tomb to get rid of him but he says "fuck it, I'll become an emperor instead".
