Has anyone here tried ashwagandha supplements for anxiety?
I use Himalaya herbal brand and the difference is very small. I tried some shitty brand before and it sucked.
So, any experiences with this kind of sulplement?

A local brand called Vitalvibe, it's a powder. It has some effects but I can't really sum it up easily, maybe I haven't been using it at the right times, right doses
so yeah probably an experience similar to yours

When I don't take it for like a week and seitch to a new brand, the first pill actually works like a drug. I feel kinda high, but in a focused and practical way.
I will try ksm-66 standardised extract next. I guess it should be the same for each brand.

The only thing close to that is sleepy time tea by celestial seasonings.
I bought it a month ago and tried it only once, for now.
I drank it late at night and I felt it.
That's probably because I don't use it often.
I will try it again when I take a break from ashwagandha.
It contains valerian root and that could cause morning sleepyness together with ashwagandha.
