You want silica gel desiccant. IDK how poor you are but you can order a big bag of em online. You could go dumpster diving behind an electronics store to get them for free. Just look for boxes that used to have laptops or TVs in them.
I keep a few decent sized bags in my car that I salvaged from laptop boxes. If you're going to be sleeping in there, you want to keep a dozen or more.
