Right Wing Libertarian Music?

I really love folk punk but it's all so damn left wing. I don't really mind since it is good music but I'd love to listen to some political music that I actually agree with the lyrics. Can anyone suggest anything? Preferably folk punk or country kinda stuff but honestly I'll take anything at this point.

Basically anything pro-gun, pro-drugs, anti-commie, pro-individualist, don't tread on me shit.

Liberals fuck off

just listen to it a bit longer and you will become a commie like me

sikk dubbs but did you even read my post? I'm not a liberal, cunt. I hate liberalism. Purple square all the way

This is a commie board. Fuck off

Zappa leans libertarian fairly hard, Rush has constant running themes of libertarianism, Big Boi from Outkast voted for Gary Johnson, I'm probably missing someone else off the top of my head.

Frank Zappa was a big libertarian

>I hate liberalism
what a coincidence, so do communists
especially neoliberalism ala Friedman and Hayek

you're welcome

Maybe Kate Bush, idk, she apperantly really likes Theresa May (who I guess isn't libertarian though), but a big stoner I here.

Her favorite album is Overnite Sensation by Frank Zappa if that helps

Tool!

Maynard is definitely a libertarian I think

I don't care about political discussions right now I just want music recommendations.

This was pretty good. I liked the lyrics but I'm not a big fan of thrash metal as a genre. I'll download the full album anyway though and give it a listen.

Most american metal bands are 1776ers I'm fairly certain. Pinko snowflakes do the whiny punk thing.

>Pinko snowflakes do the whiny punk thing.

Where did it all go wrong?

most oldschool country fits your description

just to clarify, I'm not necessarily looking for artists who are right libertarian, I'm more looking for artists who use right wing libertarian lyrics in their songs. I would assume that just because most American metal bands are apparently 1776ers. that doesn't necessarily mean that is what the songs are about? If that makes sense.

Country in general seems to be more right wing. I quite like that band "2nd South Carolina String Band" because of all their rad recreations of old confederate civil war songs. Southern Solider is particularly good.

libertarianism is fedora in opinion opinions

Check out dave mustang then. He can't even write about anything else.

what the fuck are you even talking about

my brain merged two different sentences that I was planning on typing together and I couldn't be bothered deleting it and typing it again

Is this what you're looking for?

The Ramones aren't punk. They're pop

The only good punk music is post punk, and that is overwhelmingly anti consumerist and anti corporatist

Wow, I see you're really clued in. You must be the smartest 7th-grader in your whole school!

They're odd, they're pretty much a proto-pop-punk in a way. Also the entire New York scene was parodying pop culture, not only them, unlike the London scene which was a lot more political.

old country like rockabilly, bluegrass, hillbilly appalachian and more recent stuff like hank williams, johny cash, willie nelson or john denver and some old rock like doors, rolling stones, led zeppelin etc. Also most right wing white guys I know listen principally neocountry.

...

Opiate is named after a Marx quote.

Metallica, Ted Nugent, Kiss, Megadeth

Sense a theme?

They suck?

no

Are you telling me there's conservatives out there that don't like Trump? o wow u got me

>music
Johnny Rebel

That's it. Libertarian is a pretty dead meme, no one supports it anymore because we no long live in the wild west, we each have responsibilities in society you know.

James Hetfield is the main conservative guy in the band, Lars is a rich liberal artfag and Kirk is a California hippie.

The genre from the usual response when someone excludes it with cringe when describes music taste.

"I listen to everything apart from ..."

Country

>libertarians don't support wasteful government spending
>lars doesn't support wasteful government spending
>lars isn't a libertarian
wot

no, you clearly didn't read the article. He describes having leftist values, and if you google ANY member of the band other than Hetfield (or listen to any of their songs) you'll have a hard time colluding them to your "don't tread on me" outlook.

From big 4
Metallica, megadeath and slayer are redpilled while the jew york based anthrax are bluepilled

But libertarians are the original liberals.

Having borders is a very libertarian stance and he seems to be implying he wants an open border which is extremely progressive, not necessarily even liberal.

I thought liberalism got highjacked by progressive commie fucks and the liberals that didn't perscribe with that started referring to themselves as libertarian, fiscally conservative socially liberal?

>commies manage to ruin an already shit thread
go recruit for your meme ideology there libertarian guys off the top of my head
>the melvins
>frank zappa
>rush
>krist novoselic of nirvana
>big boi
>arlo guthrie
>ted nugent
>megadeth (or at least dave mustaine)
>metallica (or at least james hetfield
>iron maiden
>motorhead

Of course Lars Ulrich isn't an American anyway, but...

Billy Corgan is an Alex Jones fan if that counts.

Fuck you bootlicker

>2 comments that mentioned communism that had no further involvement and no affect on the thread
>ruins the thread
I think you have an anti-commie bias Uncle Sam

...

Are you 15?

Ever read George Orwell, kiddo?

>right wing libertarian

wew lad

>having borders
>a very libertarian stance
Fairly sure that it's really not.
Yeah, Classical Liberalism is a lot closer to Libertarianism as both its social and its economic philosophy got hijacked by socialists and conservatives respectively.

Yes, what's your point?

"libertarian" so you are too autistic to call yourself an alt right scum because of drugggssssss boi
go ask your mum for some tendies little boy

...

>hillbilly appalachian
That genre is surprisingly left libertarian

when u define ur politics by the color of the square in some random internet quiz
libertarianism in a nutshell
literally the meme political ideology
is white, male, wants to fuck children and took an economics 101 class (on youtube)
probably slightly overweight, bearded to hide the chubby face, complains at least once a day about feminism because hes a beta cuck
finds himself agreeing with literal nazis a concerning amount of times
lel please leave this board, your type isnt creative and therefor there is no music for your meme personality

...

delet this

why? I thought libertarians were right and liberals left, do you have any particular artist/group to recommend?

but i though memes are cool...

Autistic neckbeard pls go

>can you guys recommend me some good music? None of that beta cuck librul shit tho kek

this is a communist anti-liberal anti-right wing board, fuck off

>I thought libertarians were right and liberals left
cmon how can you be on the internet where you can get information easily with just a few clicks and still be so ignorant.
libertarianism orginated as a far-left ideology before "right-libertarianism" like you know it now in the US was ever a thing. (see proudhon, kropotkin)
liberalism as in clasical liberalism is an individualistic pro-capitalist ideology that in american politics is now for whatever reason used for anything left to the republican party. (see locke, smith)
