Taking away women's rights to vote is uncivilized and not an acceptable realistic solution. At the same time, you know that women are statistically more likely to vote left, which inevitably leads to neoliberal policies which are currently destroying Europe.
So how does one actually deal with this issue? Aside from completely dismissing democracy, is there anything that can be done?

Hey, the way the founders originally set up the system was probably a decent way to really slow liberal policies. They only allowed white male landowners to vote. In other words, men who had long-term interests in the nation. They would presumably be very resistant to liberal short-term policies.
But at this point can you just take voting rights away from certain people? Nope.
Only let people who have served in the military vote. Its not ideal, but its better than nothing.
