ok nevermind sorry for asking
>No foreign language patrician BS please
That's why nobody bothered responding. Many of the "classic keno" are foreign language.
i don't mind if it's foreign...just as long as it's entertaining and not some artsy snorefest

Ok you want something entertaining, go watch Yojimbo and Sanjuro back to back, then The Hidden Fortress.

The Great Dictator
His Girl Friday
>50's
The Bridge on the River Kwai
Paths of Glory
Rashomon
The Hidden Fortress
The Day the Earth Stood Still
The Big Heat
Rear Window
High Noon
>60's
Bullitt
The Great Escape
Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid
Yojimbo
The Birds
Psycho
Django
Rosemary's Baby
The Spy Who Came In From the Cold
I could go on, fell free to ask about any of them if you want.
thanks a lot ill do some research on them... preciate it
There would be a lot more if you allowed foreign language patrician BS tho.
I just assume only trolls post those titles to either make them feel like superior film buffs, or to trick people into sitting through garbage
post any title you want though if you believe its good
...
Laurel and Hardy, WC Fields etc lad they jake me laugh anyway
yeah I was thinking of Marx Brothers too although I don't know how well that comedy holds up
The thing is, some of them might be actual shit, but some might actually be good, it's just that arthouse films are aimed at being art over entertainment, regardless of language. It all depends on how you look at it.
>The Red Desert (1964)
Boring movie about some woman being annoying or a beautiful movie that about a woman trying to survive in the modern world of cultural neurosis and existential doubt.
Personally I found the cinematography to be the best part, with Antonioni being able to showcase beautiful and interesting shots amid brutal industrial landscapes, adding to the overall themes of the film. But at the same time I can see how people with a short attention span would hate it.
