The reason the Torys give tax cuts to the rich is not to screw the NHS or to cut schools etc - its because we need them here. The rich have a choice. If we tax them more, they will leave. Corbyn Wants to raise Corporation tax to 26%, less than the G7 average. The same as 2010. The corporations will leave because of brexit, not a 6% rise in corporation tax. Corbyn will remove trade tariffs with europe to stop just that.

France are currently queing up to get the big banks to move, Spain are trying their ass off to get the airline industrys to move, so on and so forth. We cant have that. Firstly you dont give your hand away and secondly, and this is the bit most of hte UK seems to have totally forgotten, its a two way disucssion. This isnt us saying what we want and then getting it, its a negotiation. There will be give and take, no one has a clue what the deal (if any) will be. Labour talk about a soft brexit, but that assumes the other side wants that too - they might not.

This is bullshit. Negotiations aren't all about keeping everything secret. You have the things that you will not give up at all and you make those as clear as possible right from the beginning. If you don't do that then there is no basis to have a constructive discussion in the first place. This isn't a game of poker. This isn't a zero sum game. Clearly state what you want and try to convince others that this will be beneficial for them too. If you make the mistake of presuming that the people you're negotiating with can't interpret your goals then you have already lost. Other nations have their own agency and will act accordingly. This is 2017 not 1890. The UK isn't a superpower and can't make demands as though it is.
