Public only is a mess that causes doctors and patients to flee the country to the greener pastures of America. Every non-partisan health authority ranks many healthcare systems as better than Americas OR Canadas. However saying Trump is proposing "Canadian style healthcare" is clearly just trying to connect Trump to the failures of the Canadian system when more successful and more similar systems to Trumps proposal exist in the world.
