There's a lot of methods used depending on the picture sent. A lot of variables can the creation time of the picture and how it's made. Like shadows, hair, lighting and skin tone. Usually I just take the original sent picture and then find a donor picture and than put the donor picture of top of the source picture and then meld it together.
