flying microtonal banana VS murder of the universe

brand new kind of sucks in my opinion. either way Daisy is better

...

Diary < The Devil and God

If it were How It Feels v. The Devil and God then Sunny Day Real Estate would win

diary
funeral
itaots

the devil and god
murder of the universe, but nonagon infinity is better than both
lonesome crowded west, barely
the glow pt 2

0/3, yikes.

The glow pt2

Giles Corey vs Deathconsciousness

TDaG
Funeral
Glow
Giles Corey

no

brand new is just cringe

the glow pt 2 is far too inconsistent

modest mouse are overall mediocre and funeral is one of the better albums of 00s

made it into an image for you

Heaven or Las Vegas vs. Blue Bell Knoll

Treasure and Head Over Heals are better

...

This is a hard one, leaning ever so slightly towards Come... My Fanatics

>this artist is inconsistent so this one album is better than aforementioned artist's best and most consistent album
ok

what?

the album is inconsistent, half the songs suck

if you put souvlaki against almost any other album i'd chose it, but loveless is my all time fav.
yeezus i guess
hissing fauna

Pick one, fuckface.

Funeral

ITAOTS

Yeezus

Souvlaki

TPAB

mbdtf >>>>>>> tpab

Devil and God by a very slim margin, it has more personal meaning to me
Funeral
Come My Fanatics
Loveless, but Souvlaki is very close to overtaking it

The Devil And God, stronger concept
Funeral, better album overall
NMH, more consistent
Heaven Or Las Vegas, both are great, just personal prefference
Souvlaki, again, personal prefference
TPAB, more interesting musically and conceptually, much more socially meaningful. MBDTF has a shallow concept with an equally shallow execution

tdgarim and its not even close

phil's music is so shit
i choose potate

it depends on my mood
but objectively yeezus

souvlaki
that pink album is absolute trash

Diary

It's close. Glow has great atmosphere but Aeroplane has unforgettable lyrics & aesthetic. Gonna go with Aeroplane for personal reasons.

Yeezus

I know this is posted every time in these threads, but the responses are interesting.

Devil and God. I love Diary but its structure hasn't aged well.
Funeral, although both albums are great.Aeroplane.808s. But musically, Yeezus.TPAB, easily. MBDTF is much more colorful, but it has a bit of trouble carrying out its concept into each of its tracks.OK Computer, personally. Kid A is still absolutely breathtaking, but OKC takes the cake for me. Also excuse the formatting, I've always been shit at this.

if you legitimately prefer Brand New, I gotta say, I 100% cannot understand

>much more socially meaningful
who the fuck cares about some niggers

I like Kid A, but OK Computer hits like a train when you're in the mood from it. No other album has made me sit down unblinkingly and sweat from the pure intensity.

go back

>TPAB, more interesting musically and conceptually, much more socially meaningful. MBDTF has a shallow concept with an equally shallow execution

YOU LEAVE PHIL ALONE YA BIG BULLY HIS MUSIC IS GOOD

funeral for sure

You can't even compare the two, Hissing fauna is clearly the better album and anyone who thinks otherwise has bad taste

Both are too consistent with quality its hard to prefer one. If I had to, I'd say 'perfect from now on'

TPAB easily, most of the features suck on MBDTF, Blame Game is boring, So Appalled too long and boring, theres nothing I dislike about TPAB exept mabye I dont enjoy You Aint Gotta Lie as much as the other tracks.

Kid A

The Devil and God
Arcade
The Glow
Giles Corey

OK Computer
Can't really decide, Infinity is my favourite but LYSF is better
Pink Moon
If you would choose Act 1 I would have harder time to decide but in this case it's Lamentable Tragedy

ITAOTS

are these jokes? people would seriously pick lcd soundsystem or arcade fire?

here's a better one. personally i go with fear of music

I honestly can't decide

Funeral by far
Hissing Fauna
Souvlaki
Kid A
Heroes
Sound Of Silver tbqh
The Suburbs

how do you not give it to dopethrone

Personally, I'd say Geogaddi. but in no way do I dislike Music Has The Right To Children. In fact the entire BOC discogrpahy is great.

I mean for me Geogaddi feels like a concept album with every track being well executed and memorable. No tracks in it feel unnecessary or bad.

The strongest moment on MHTRTC for me are:

Aquarius

Roygbiv

An Eagle In Your Mind

Sixtyten

Rhue The Whirl

Happy Cycling

Smokes Quantity

Open the Light

Pete Standing Alone

Turquoise Hexagon Sun

while Geogaddi

Ready Lets Go

Music Is Math

Beware The Friendly Stranger

Dandelion

Sunshine Recorder

In The Annexe

Julie And Candy

1969

The Beach At Redpoint

Opening The Mouth

Alpha And Omega

The Devil In The Details

Driving Station

Dawn Chorus

You Could Feel The Sky
