I'm actually going to defend this permit, please kill me. It's a shit-tier poorly-designed forty-five minute state test you take online and get a garbage piece of paper to print out saying you can handle food to give to people.

Thinking of it as a practical driving test. A lot of it is easy as shit, but it weeds out the people who really don't know what they're doing, so you know someone with an IQ of over fifteen at least is serving you food.
