I weigh 190 and Im supposed to weigh 160. Its hard, to do. Idk if its much laziness as it is depression that makes me eat. When I actually try to lose weight, I lose 10+ pounds but than I break my diet and overeat..

Now I'm still 90kg but with muscle injuries in both legs.

Your metabolism is not a fucking wormhole. You might need to eat more than someone with a lower metabolism, but there is still a threshold to how much you can eat without gaining weight.

I don't doubt that I'm grossly overweight because I'm a gamer who spends most of his day on his ass eating. However I wouldn't say it is "easy" to lose weight. If it was easy over 90% of people wouldn't fail. I started playing pokemon go and walking/biking 2-4 hours every day for the last 2.5 months. I've gone from 320 to 290 pounds. If I keep playing pokemon go no doubt I will lose more weight however once fat cells are created they cannot be destroyed. Fat cells can only get smaller, and as they get smaller the body attempts to conserve calories more and more. Fat cells produce leptin to signal they are an adequate size which makes you feel less hungry. If by your mid 20's you are overwweight and have a lot of fat cells you will likely struggle with weight your whole life because you'll be hungrier than the average person. These are scientific facts and not my personal opinion or wishes. That being said I take full responsibility for being overweight when I was 25 because of my lifestyle choices. Were I to keep exercising daily and eating healthier my guess would be I'd hover between 220 pounds and 240 pounds.

Actually that is not true. Losing weight has to do with insulin sensitivity. Skinny people have low insulin sensitivity so they do not store extra calories as fat and thus stay skinny. Fat people have high insulin sensitivity and so when they eat they store extra calories as fat. So now go figure out how to stop spiking your insulin and you will lose weight.
