1/0 doesn't make sense
Remember zero doesn't mean "nothing", it means "a lack of something".
Any equation using a number divided by zero will result in an error.
you can't divide by zero
error: divide by zero
-4/3?
It's
> i -2
> i = 1/0 (indetermination)
-2 is the answer
THIS
You fags are retarded
1/0 - ( 1 + 3 / 3) = ??
1/0 - ( 4/3) = ?
1-4= -3 0 -3 = - 3
So -3/-3 = 1
You're welcome
this actually
but how is this an autism test?
the test is if you reply to this thread and argue about it you have autism
undefined minus what now?
this has an error, therefore the answer is an error.
damn
-2
division by zero
you're not trying to implode the galaxy, son?
Anything/0 is 0
Not error
that's just the way american education works
You've got that backwards
0/Anything = 0
Here's another one
WTH are y'all on? LMFAO
1/0 - (1+3/3) =?
1/0-(1+1)=?
1/0-2=?
0-2=?
-2=?
Not hard you divide first ad also you do what'ever is in ( ) first
Wrong
Perentesis
Exponent
Multiply
Division
Add
Subtract
Division gets prioritiy
So
1/0 - (1 + 3/3) = ??
1/0 - (1 + 1) = ?
-2
Fucking retard
I guess you didn´t study fractions
Actually, isn't anything divided by 0 pretty much infinity? I know we dont use it in math, because it messes up formulas, but think about it
1/1=1
1/0.01=100
1/0.000001=1000000
1/0=infinity
no
in that it actually works compared to whatever dickweed educated you
>Germany
>dickweed
sure
>hurr division gets priority
>durr i do it last
not the sharpest tool in the shed, are you?
no...multiplication and division (like addition and subtraction) are left to right priority over each other. did you not learn basic math skills?
You need to analyze the limit in both directions, the negative and the positive numbers closer zero. If you do that you'll notice that the limit with the positive numbers go towards positive infinity, but if you analyze the negatives you'll get negative infinity. That means 1/0 is divergent, because the limits in both sides are opposite. In conclusion n/0 is not solvable within the real numbers.
>american education is superior because we can divide by zero
what?
/ 0 means infinity, not 0
Actually is not infinity either, check the post above yours.

You are right, thanks. I thought a bit too simple. I was thinking the way you calculate pi.

what are u 12 ?
OR, you could write it as two definitive answers
±∞ -2 is my answer
The problem is that ∞ is not a number, that's why I said that it goes towards ∞, which means that it goes towards a really big positive number, or a really big (in absolute value) negative number. Unless you are talking about limits, there you can say that the limit is ∞, because that is where it goes. But even in limits you can't answer both negative and positive ∞, because that's a divergent function, you can say that there is a different limit in both sides tho.
