Raspberry pi

So basically buy a crowbar, break in a computer store and steal the components you can.

Oh I have the perfect way for you OP, just go offer blowjobs in exchange for PC parts.

You do that anyway, might as well get something in return.

You can't. All that stuff about building your own cheap pc is a bunch of bullshit.

It's expensive as fuck.

Maybe to a poor fag like yourself

Listen man. I know you're a good guy deep down. I know it, but right now you're really being a faggot right now and you have to stop posting.

You have been proven wrong. It may not be "the beast pc of the year", or uses parts from this year at all, but it can run Counter-Strike: Global Offensive at 720p on medium really well.

It may not be under $80, but it is only a little more than $80 minus the monitor and power supply.

Buy pre owned parts. I built one for around 300 dollars. Only bought a motherboard new to match the processor a friend gave me.

Someone is obviously a console peasant and wants everything for cheap.
>OP is either jewish or clinton supporter

I think op's joke, is that he just bought an empty tower.

You can even find a cheap geforce 730 sometimes for free depending on who you know. I'm trying to get rid of one right now actually.

I literally don't want an under $80 build.

I have an RX 560.

I am just trying to see if you dolts can do it.

Are the 560s any good to you? How's heat, performance, and everything for you?

Yeah, that parts list with a 730 and x4 the amount of ram to equal 16 gigs of ram will equal a decent gaming pc in reality.

A cheap one, at that.

A cheap 1080 monitor and you got a good gaming pc for cheap.

...

leave $80 tip at cash register

It's pretty good, honestly.

It can run new triple A titles on all ultra at about 43 fps.

If you want extra, go for the RX 580. You can run triple A titles on all ultra at about 57.

>radeon series
geforce gtx series is literally better and now one can deny

the only good thing the radeon series can do is provide decent performance for cheap

I have a gtx 970 already. I'm just curious in terms of should I have run a different route. Managed to snag mine for 150 dollars from a friend when he got a 1080 upgrade.

Honestly 8gb ram would do fine. I had a budget PC with an fx 8350, 730, 8gb ram, and a 350watt psu. Wasn't too slow for performance, I'd just drop res to 1600x900 and maybe down to 720p for new games. That was to keep 60fps. On a normal monitor is wasn't too bad to look at. It actually looked good. The 8350 was definitely a strain though with the heat.

If you are looking to upgrade to another graphics card from the GTX 970, don't even look towards the RX 560. It only performs slightly better which doesn't warrant an upgrade at all.

If you really want to upgrade to something cheap, get a GTX 1060.

you can build a decent PC for $500 with new parts. if you buy some used, and skimp in the right places, it'll last you a good 3 years or so.

taint empty user, it gots pretty pretty lites

It's a bit low quality but it should do the trick

>go to local university/hospital
>ask them about surplus
>$25 for core2duo machine
>$30 for ATI 4870 1gb (ebay: 252964549495)
>$25 250gb hard drive
good enough to run GTA V

splurg a little and get some RAM to go up to 8gb

>2014
>1gb ram

>AMD socket
>DDR memory
>AGP video
That's a might fine looking antique mobo you sniffed out there killer, lol

Go away.

Dude, for 2 dollars you can make a modification to get it to work.

Trust me, I know what I am doing.
