How do you tell if you have gyno? I'm not sure if I'm growing boobs cause it doesn't exactly feel like what people describe gyno as but from certain angles it looks like i have tits.
How big are the lumps usually? Cause i can maybe squeeze something but it's not like big lumps. But i might just be really out of shape or something
Can anyone here with gyno tell me how theirs looked at the start?

the main difference between having gyno and being a fat fuck is that if you have gyno you have almost triangular tits, instead of just meaty lumps. dont use gyno as an excuse for not losing weight

I'm actually already only like 120lbs or so I'm just not sure if it's something like supplements or if it's just cause i haven't exercised in like 2 years

I have gyno, I tried to loose enough weight that they went away but even at a BMI of 18 where I was very fit and strong I still had them. Surgery is the only solution for me. I've since decided to get it but I've gotten fatter over time So I need to lose the weight again first.

I have pectus excavatum which is why my ribs are all fucked but I'm trying to fix that. Plus I'm auschwitz-mode.

I've been using braces to pull in the ribs. It seems to be working. I noticed today the cartilage around my sternum is a lot more flexible and squishy
