Duck Stab / Buster & Glen and The Third Reich 'n Roll are definitely weirder. And how exactly were you not able to sit through the whole album? It's cathartically beautiful and not just the music, but the lyrics too.

The two albums you mentioned are the most easily accessible Residents album I know of.
In fact, those two albums are usually most people's introduction to The Residents.
Not Available is a great album, but not one I'd gravitate more immediately.
I think Meet The Residents is weirder than any of the albums I have listed.
