Third album is on its way. It'll be a double album. I'll try to get it on a label and promoted a little more than usual though, so don't expect it anytime soon. I also have tapes for sale if you're into that.
wattersonjams.bandcamp.com/album/feel-good-forever >shoegaze with some emo and post rock vibes, real fuzzed out >ffo: pinback, alex g, have a nice life (not my comparisons but other peoples) >free as fuck so take it
to folks who haven't checked it - check it. older stuff has more representative recording style
this is all you? this is pretty impressive. pretty obvious influences. would be nice if it were broken up to be more palatable, but I enjoy it either way, from the five minutes I've listened to so far
check this jank shit out too. i'm trying to do the same for the album i'm working on, if only because i'd really like to get some physical copies
Thanks for the feedback in the other thread man your beats are great and definitely have a classic boom bap feel to them which I love. Keep it up! >soundcloud.com/birtualvoy Really well done man great use of textures as well. >soundcloud.com/mwgli This is really nice great composition! Love the mood as well.
pink pots here. sampled 4 random artists out of this today.
i always liked y'all's track with polysemy, but i never bothered to listen to anything else until right now. i liked better, but it really needs to be mixed better than it already is. no immediate thoughts other than very cool production. feels like a more dnb crystal castles in the way the synths sound and are programmed wasn't too keen on this as a recorded song, but i feel like y'all would be really fun live i'm three tracks in and i feel like i'm definitely going to finish this on the first listen. i really enjoy this. the end of it's been a lifetime was a really nice surprise too

Next thread maybe you should make the rules so that you have to rate 2 others, and post your own within the same post.
That way you can always get feedback. Cause no way I'm listening to 5 hours of material above me.
For example.
Hanging Gardens of Babylon is some hardcore psychedelia. It could be better with some lead lines or vocals over it and as you said, drums would take it to a new level. Ryuenjin is also trippy.
Awesome right hand technique and a really nice cool mellow song.
I'm shadowing at a studio right now but i'll get on later to post feedback

Question: which is your favorite 2017 bandcamp and non bandcamp releases? for bandcamp: Epiglottis - She Unraveled [etc.] non bandcamp: Residente - Residente
yamir.bandcamp.com/ >noise rock, experimental rock >ambient, spacey reverb stuff with guitars and every sine wave imaginable >also a "microhouse" or "minimal techno" EP if youre more into electronic music >highly advised to listen to with headphones
really nice guitar work but kinda wish the song progressed/varied a little more or brought in some more instrumentation to build the track out a bit usual recs
Nathaniel Wilson
your stuff is all very interesting and varied. definite rec here
Catchy beats and uplifting tunes, nice. Gets a little busy with the claps tho Cool ideas and neat execution. For drone I'd prefer less and longer tracks; the variety is nice to show off all the different sounds you put together but it never really settles enough to lose yourself in, which is what I like about drone anyway Cool sounds but get a bit repetitive along the way. Chorus is surprisingly catchy & groovy Great beats on Breathe Out and Bombay Junction, really cool bass on Neon Horizons. Vocals could use some work but they still definitely add to the music Nice track, really well rounded Dude sounds better with effects on his voice haha, cool shit tho Delicious stuff, very atmospheric I like the slow burn style, very effective Very slick track, easy listening and grooving Listened to the top three tracks. Cool sound but a little more variation would be nice in each Some really dank beats in here, somewhat off in a way that keeps it interesting. Seriously dig the sound on every track, and yes I listened to them all. Definitely a strong rec for me
Taking a break from noise these days and threw together a few covers of my favorite songs. Artists covered: Joy Division/New Order, Xiu Xiu, The Mircophones and Eric's Trip.
>southern gangsta rap >memphis hip hop >bounce >lo-fi >phonk
I got like 7 albums on there plus a track. Please listen and tell me what you think I guess. If anybody is serious about collabing let me know. Looking for a go-to MC.
johnathanarce.bandcamp.com/ >experimental >instrumental reccs : very nice i like the beats a bit repetitive a times but its definitely interesting
Landon Baker
I think Night Shade and Three Wheel Potion were the best. Night Shade in my opinion shoukd be cut down a bit more after the 3 minute mark I began skipping. Id give more criticism but that distortion type of rap males me head hurt
Brandon Baker
>25lighters.bandcamp.com/ Classic mix is really nice but i imagine someone should be rapping over it
Nathaniel Ramirez
wow thanks. Three Wheel Potion is definitely hard on the ears if you use headphones especially. it was dubbed to cassette then ripped back into the computer thats why it sounds like that. I did that because my mastering was so fucking trash back then.
just recorded these tracks yesterday, what yall think?

this --Yo, thanks! I tried to make it sounds like Aphex Twin's old tracks.
I aimed for melody.
Thanks for your opinion, user!
Matthew Carter
Listening to smthng, drums are so dope. I can def see the vibe you're going for on other tracks as well. I like the filtered hits, if anything I'd say work on your voice and have a wider variety of sounds and samples in your arsenal.
Kevin Wood
Im not too familiar with this genre but I actually digged the second link. Not so much the first one it may be too plain for my likings.
Yeah, I;m agree with you about drums. But I can't find any other good samples for the track. >I can def see the vibe you're going for on other tracks as well Sorry, but I can't understand what you mean... >I like the filtered hits, if anything I'd say work on your voice and have a wider variety of sounds and samples in your arsenal. Yeah, thank you! I think my main problem is I can't write a good melody... Second track is a remix and it has a nice melody, but the first - no.
Christopher Cooper
New Track Making A lot of Noise Still So Slept On Though
This is really good! I love the washed out lo-fi vibes.
reminds me of linkin park. the beat was fire at the beginning, then gets repetitive. autotune is done really annoyingly, just get the words out already. but hey congrats on the plays!
not bad for something just recorded yesterday. Got some serious black sabbath vibes here.
fucking dope
I really like the concept, I just don't like your voice/inflection.
You've got a pretty good voice man
Interesting, mesmerizing even. Would be 200x better with vocals.
