He is trully dumb if he thinks offside rule will make defenses less deep, with no offside the goalkeeper will either play advanced like Neuer, or the Defensive line will just play inside the box with the midfield really static, hoofing the bag to wingers or some tall striker

why not instead of penaltys, a team have to take a corner, if they score and the other team doesn't, they win, if both score they take another corner

What if, instead, you just kick the benulties BEFORE the overtime, then play the overtime like normal? If at the end of the overtime the game is still tied, then the team that won the benulty shooout wins.
