Pure plebbery. I listen purely as research
I fucking love this corny ass dad rock album.
Todd Rundgren's production is stellar and the Roy Bittan piano work and Mighty Max drumming is as good as anything they did for Bruce. The arrangements are so epic, it's just a big dumb cheesy rock n roll opera.
jack johnson
50s music like little richard and eddie cochran
By Sup Forums standards, churches
By real life standards... idfk, maybe bananarama
East German military music
60s girl groups
imagine posting this with a serious mindset
>have qt3.14 innocent virgin gf
>she listens to Big Black and makes fun of me and calls me a faggot for listening to alvvays and allo darlin'
I-it wasn't supposed to be like this
get into noise rock before she leaves you for a big black if ykwis
...
What are you researching?
Why haven't you fucked her
Hey fuck you man
this shit is crack tell me not
youtube.com
i love Oranssi Pazuzu but they're the opposite of what cool dudes listen to
well maybe prog rock is less cool but they're up there
lol fucking hell dude
I love listening to Christian choir music
That shit is so beautiful and angelic
That shit looks nasty
youtube.com
It's so fucking catchy
I love this
>GF calls him a faggot for listening to alvvays
WTF chicks usually love that shit, are you 100% sure you are dating a girl (female)?
"El Camino" by The Black Keys. I just find the lyrics and melodies so knuckleheaded it's funny. IMO one of the better alternative rock releases of the 10s, although considering the genre that's no saying much.
>Christian choir music
>uncool
go fuck yourself, steve
hey fuck you man
i found this music video on youtube, guys got some talent.
I love prog rock about nerdy shit like castles, kings, dwarves and medieval times
Ultra gay 80's synthpop
t h i s
when you say you listen to progressive rock, the person youre talking to either doesnt know what it is and you seem like some elitist, or they DO know what youre talking about and think youre a fag for listening to 20 minute songs about wizards by dudes in capes
Yes it happens all the time
Twee. Too gay to play around friends, too trash to mention on Sup Forums.
Rush is the literal antithesis of cool and they're one of my all time favorite bands
i dont really listen to them much anymore but this album (besides system of a down) is prob my fav nu metal release... which isnt saying much.
I feel you there. Grace under Pressure is one of my favorite albums
For some reason, I get a lot of shit from friends for listening to Depeche Mode and Deftones.
Oh well, I love the shit out of both.
mate you're in the wrong thread if you think cool people dont like Korn
I really fuckin' love the self-titled Genesis album from like 1983
ABBA is really neat too
I love weird prog that is real geeky like italian prog, obscure American shit, etc
What shit taste, Depeche Mode is amazing
It's my 2nd favorite Metallica album, with And Justice For All being 1st.
was gonna say ABBA, but since you already did, I'll up you one
V E N G A B O Y S
im the exact same except that Load is my favorite. i know, sounds like im trying to sound weird or contrarian. but load was the first metallica album i ever heard at the exact time of my life where i would listen to such a thing.
Nice! Italian prog is great!
Agreed. I even like Dave Gahan's solo stuff.
David definitely has good material outside DM.
I really liked this Soulsavers he collabed on.
Tfw you unironically think prog rock and jazz rock is the coolest fucking music out there.
Id consider my taste for disco very plebby and my love for video game chiptunes very nerdy. Nothing else i enjoy bothers me though.
obscure 70's progressive rock
i don't tell anyone
dude what
normies think the black album is cool as hell
>smooth jazz, bebop, disco
fight me
this was meant for op
I think it is the coolest too but others think it is uncool
death grips and jazz
in the 90s they were the coolest band in the world, i remember my older cousin kept calling up the local popular radio station to try and win a copy of follow the leader.
Fuckin' A. What a great track.
Idk, probably the Grateful Dead, but then again they were pretty cool in a different light, I guess it really depends on who you ask
I like ICP. I think Violent J and Shaggy 2 Dope are Midwestern treasures.
