he was trained to dole out sketti for other fluffies.
Frank put him there so that the fluffies felt more at home with their own kind. The casino fluffy has no empathy for the fluffies that frequent the establishment as a result of his training.

itd be pretty hard to train out the massive levels of empathy that fluffys posses. if he was a cannibal type it would make more sense for him to enjoy and help induce the suffering

i think it would make a little more sense, plus imagine having to train a fluffy to refrain from gorging on sketties as well as being non empathetic, both of which are built in through their programming

yeah animatronic is best, plus itd be able to deal with any smarty that wandered in. i could see it going all five nights and expanding from its fluffy form to appear like one of freddys friends to deal with problematic fluffys.
