Husby isn't really that bad, I went through plenty of times when I lived in Stockholm when I had a friend living there and it was just full of little muslim kids playing on the street but none of it felt threatening. For that you'd need an actual educated population that doesn't take bullshit from obvious propaganda and other jewish tactics.
Keeping things small and inclusive for people (not in the enrichment way, but in giving people a say in the way things are run) should help to keep accountability and transparency, which are fundamental for having an actual government and not a dictatorship/oligarchy
