>SJ turns 10 this year! Best AnCo album.
>Strawberry Jam
>Best AnCo album
>when Feels exists

i stopped listening to the new jbrekkie after the autotune. i should listen to the whole thing i guess lol
i really like the song road head though

I like Feels too, but SJ is probably a top 10 album overall for me.
The last 4 or so tracks are the strongest. Definitely give it another shot.

Been getting more into Europop/Disco stuff, very fun.
Eureka is cool, can't remember insignificance at all. Kero Kero bonito is absolute shit, one of the few things that I actually hate. Loveless is a masterpiece though. Hope you also listened to all the EP's
I love the glow pt.2 and Pornography, both are close to perfection, but I feel so mellow in the last few months I might actually kill myself when glow pt.2 or short term effect plays.
The pod is rad too.
Love sgt.Pepper, Rubber soul is nice, Amy winehouse is amazing.
Also Nonagon Infinity is really cool album.
MBV, Dead Kennedys and PIL all are great. Been planing to listen to this Todd Tenje album.
My teenage dream ended is weird af.
Don't know anything here, what should I check out?
Eureka is cool, Fishmans are GOAT. Their live album is truly something else.

really cool guy, goes to college. gets decent amount of pussy and has a small tight group of friends, but still shy. likes weed and psychedelics.

awkward but still has a small group of friends, smokes cigs and drinks.

You're someone who likes "Big Fish Theory" and that's weird to me.

this Tim Hecker album wasn't so good desu
>Tujiko Noriko - From Tokyo to Naiagara

Listened to a couple of minutes from it, sounds really fucking good to be frank. I will give it a full listen tomorrow maybe.

darkl3.bandcamp.com/album/birds-bees-and-sweaty-palms

>Tujiko Noriko - From Tokyo to Naiagara
I actually just downloaded this app few days ago. I haven't listened to it outside of checking out a few tracks on YouTube, but it seems like something I like. I'll give the whole album a spin soon. Thanks.
Both of those sound hella cool. I'll look into them.
The Fishmans live albums you're talking about is probably the best live album I've ever heard.

radioheadass

darkle is the shit, i love them

Morning Effort fucks me up, i love that rough, high-school sounding emo

any recs for similar bands? I love Family Might and Coping, a few other similar ones

I'm probably overhyping her a little for most people, but I love that woman. If she clicks with you like she did with me, you're in for something special.

>naked lunch
I love the book, but the movie drove me to sleep… I'll check the OST tho
no idea that the Pastels are still a thing after the mid-90's: twee-pop played by +50yo dudes seems a bit weird, isn't it lol
++Louis Philippe, Sarah Records bands
do you know the Pearlfishers?
youtube.com/watch?v=L34GkyZM8c0
youtube.com/watch?v=aI-bQ9fdoV8

>Amazing twinkle pop circa 2007
>Less rough but feelsy and catchy
>Awesome soundclips
Bummed I slept on them for so long. At least I gotta cassette of this though.

Also fuck yeah thanks we're workin real hard on Darkle shit rn I'm glad ya dig it :)

lookmexico.bandcamp.com/album/this-is-animal-music

>what is My Teenage Dream Ended like? is it actually good or just a meme
i think it's a good case of accidental genius. It has really strange production, all the beats sound like the bare minimum of what you can put into a mainstream pop song. All the lyrics are extremely personal and serious but are drowned out in autotune and 808. It's a weird album but worth checking out imo

oh hell yeah keep it comin' in darkle, i love it

Brave Little Abacus is one of my favorite bands ever so you're right on the money

I haven't listened to Look Mexico since high school, I'll give em another go

and also Flight Patterns sounds exactly what i want

u rule

i feel weird

not often you see a chart as bad as this

im crazy for that movie. mostly because it took some parts of the book i like and repeated verbatim. like the description of people in the cafe 'followers of obsolete, unthinkable trades, addicts to drugs not yet synthesized.." or "america is not a young land. it is old and dirty and evil.'
there are a few bands from sarah that put out records in their old age. now, the orchids look like creepy uncles, field mice's wratten looks like his forehead is taking over his face. the wake are making music too so i assume they are v ugly now.
i have not, sounds good.
listen to god said - off the plot. its a little obscure but it sounds great to me right now. its off the play it again label, aka 4ad rejects label.

besides the meme hiphop, the rest is great

thanks user you too

check out north folk if you haven't
>North Folk - King Moonracer Demos
>Merchant ships/midwest penpals/william boner/boy rex guy so of course it's awesome
youtube.com/watch?v=mi9q9rENzy8&list=PLu5-UJ4H8elHU5_BgmqXswP1jaHOvVnIY

name one bad album on it

Good shit here. You like noise rock?
Enjoys subtlety and and utter lack of it.
The Dance of Death and Other Plantation Favorites - John Fahey
John Frum - A Stirring in the Noos
+ Velvet Underground, Ecco Jams, MBV, Dead Kennedys
Have you heard Boris - Akuma No Uta? If not you'll definitely like it.
Tangible Rays - Seance
Kraftwerk - Autobahn
Fabulous Muscles is fantastic. With KKB I can't say I hate them, but their execution is definitely lacking.
Enjoys hard candys.
+The Avalanches, Squarepusher
Listening to This Town Needs Guns right now. It's great to find stuff similar to American Football.
How are you liking Code Orange - Forever?
Is This It is a personal fave of mine.
Enjoys the sun.
King Crimson - Red

It nas written, 13, Doris

>it nas written
>nas
also
>he thinks Doris and 13 were bad

your taste is surprisingly bad for someone who mains hip hop, did you get into music like two weeks ago?

jeez this big boy listens to music man!

yes

no

Curry and Sweatshirt are bad even for current mainstream trap. Leave this board you retarded white teenager.

>r/hiphopheads

>app
Album. Autocorrect is really fucking with me today.

love that Cecil Taylor album
I was surpised Tim and that War on Drugs record didn't make my top list this week
I had Beach Boys Holland on this afternoon. So underrated.

yeah TTNG is great, especially that album!
>Code Orange - Forever
i actually dislike it, it's really cheesy and repetitive. the last album was great but this one not so much :'(

i love this EP, i hear they're releasing a full-length sometime (i think they recorded it a while ago) but who knows! jack senff fanboy here for sure
