I looked at both pics and they don't really look alike at all, but he seems convinced.

Very different, first one looks hispanic actually, second one looks more light-skinned and she has a way sharper face form.

that is a poor evaluation. every single thing in the photos matches up. there are not a lot of girls with lips that big and a jaw like that and a weird throat divot like that in the same area.
Just wish he gave me more photos and hate those filter.

i help my girlfriend buy makeup so i notice shit some people probably don't. both those girls (that girl) are wearing very expensive makeup and this part is key...
very few girls wear those eyelash extensions regularly and she has expensive/professionally applied ones of different types in both photos. I really think it's the same girl.
