Posting it here just so it doesn't get lost. I separated all the OKNOTOK Cassette tracks earlier and posted on a thread here but it's archived now, so let's do this.
Kaminari - Triangle (2003) >Electronic, Folk, World, & Country (according to some websites. I dunno, but it's got a didgeridoo, a sitar and sometimes drums and guitars or basses) www3.zippyshare.com/v/HEq21Mgn/file.html
This is some REAL obscure shit. Yoshi and Chie were a pair of musicians that mostly hung around Toronto subways, to the best of my knowledge. They played Sitar and Didgeridoo and made some really chill music. I got this CD at some kinda expo or convention one time, and it is my go-to relaxation time disc.
I think they had one other CD, Balance, but I don't have it.
They've disappeared off the face of the earth, and all I can find about them is a really old and unmaintained Myspace page.
Isaac Brooks
Actually, looking them up by Yoshi and Chie, I appear to have found them on Facebook.
Goddamnit social media why do you do this to me.
Asher Roberts
thanks Cue man this might be the best thing from OKNOTOK

Lift to Experience - The Texas-Jerusalem Crossroads (Remaster) (2017) >post-rock, shugazi, concept album about the second coming of christ in texas
Dawes - North Hills >folk-rock, some good melodies, shitty vocalist, thsi girl i like loves this band so i'm trying to appreciate them www9.zippyshare.com/v/XZmleINk/file.html
It seems to be very influenced by Southern hip hop and Pen & Pixel art, which does go with the theme of Texan pride, seeing how many of those hip hop artists came from Houston.
That's just speculation, though.

You have to press the download button like twice. First time a blank pop-up window comes and the second time it works.
