what the fuck bro
Yeah that was the one that kinda had me confused
...
Float On is a really happy song though lol
Someone should make a better version of this.
loveless isn't sad in the usual context.
it's an album you listen to when you're 14 and instills in you a vague idea of what love can be like. either leaving you with; the soul crushing weight of the realization that most girls are nowhere near this idealization, the regret of having a dream girl that you never even come close to romancing like you thought you would, or being a virgin at the tail end of your teenage years hoping it's not too late for this feeling.
please tell me this is bait
...
I like when music makes you feel like your own sadness is worthless compared to the unjustified agony some people have to live in
that's a pretty indepth response, user. i 'preciate it and see where you're coming from, definitely. but for me, loveless is an album that instills such a joyous feeling.

What about this is bait, user? I really love Float On, it really always picks me up in a good mood. It's the only Modest Mouse song that matters anyways.

Nah that's just growing up. You should be more proactive in pursuing relationships.
Listening to A Crow Looked at Me for the first time right now. That feeling is strong right now.
Like what?
Surface of the Earth sort of give me that feeling.

I like Float On too but let's be honest, MM totally ripped off Lupe Fiasco.
