Blondie, Kate Bush
Do you like Warpaint, pop?
you should give wovenhand a go if you like c93. I just started getting into them this past week, kind of regret taking this long. People have been reccing them to me for years on account of that I like Kiss The Anus of a Black Cat and what little c93 I've heard.
thats ok cause i have no recs for you but i felt like replying to you too :)
love them both, haven't listened to blondie in ages though so thanks for the reminder
i've not really tried warpaint but i'll look them up, thanks
That first reply seems a bit sassy
bampus
:)
you all have hipster garbage taste
I need to actually listen to a Dusty Springfield album at some point. I think I'd like her a lot.
How was the last Ichiko Aoba album? I haven't listened to it yet.
I recommend G-Schmidtt. They basically sound like Japanese Siouxsie and the Banshees. Also, nice Polish post-punk! It's an underrated scene.
You already have Woven Hand, so there's no way you don't already know 16 Horsepower, right? If you can stand something cheesy af, check out The Coffinshakers.
I can't into blues. No idea why.
Nice K-pop. How's the Red Velvet summer release?
Essendon Airport - Palimpsest

>shoot me a blues rec
No one ever wants to rec me stuff.
Anyway.
Son House - Father of the Folk Blues
Sleepy John Estes - The Legend of Sleepy John Estes
What do you think of the brockhampton album?
lol i don't know any of these things
anyone willing to help me find some alt R&B that are trap-influenced?
>you ever heard ex-girl
I hadn't, but this sounds like weeb Mr. Bungle with Jun Togawa-esque weird cabaret vocals at times and touches of Magma. I love it. Thanks for the rec. I'm going to dive into their discog for sure.
>Alt R&B that is trap influenced
I'm not sure about the trap part, but the album Sampha dropped this year is fantastic. You may also dig MO - No Mythologies To Follow.
they're amazingly consistent and maybe like top 5 artists for me ever you're gonna have a great time I think, every album is worth checking out
they've gOt some punky noisy teeth buried under all the bright green too you'll see what I mean

Apparently they share a guitarist with Super Junky Monkey too. If you don't know them, they're worth checking out.
