>gaps between songs

is that suppose to be good or what

>double song with hard transition in between

>the whole album's a single 3 hours long track

>you can hear the ending of the last song at the beginning of the following one

> Final song transitions into the first

>four album concept
>final track of the fourth album transitions back into the opening track of the first album

>there's a second of silence between tracks that are supposed to flow together

>the transitions are the songs

>song has 10 seconds of silence at the end

>last track is 10+ minutes
>only 4 minutes of actual music and the rest is silence followed by a shitty hidden track

where does this happen besides
J Dilla - Donuts
and King Gizzard and
the Wizard Lizard - Nonagon Infinity

>three tracks of just drone

>Final album by band
>Final track ends with the same bells as the opening track to their debut album 40 years ago

...

>last track smells like bacon

Joanna Newsom - Divers

Clarence Clarity - No Now

>every song on the album seamlessly transitions from one to the next
>last song on the album fades out

Beastie Boys - Paul's Boutique

Lemon Demon - Spirit Phone

>more segues, intros, outros and interludes than proper songs

>tracks transition so smoothly entire album may as well be one song

youtube.com/watch?v=PvD4r2ub8Kk

>There are 3 interludes and a intro
>Tracklist is 10 songs
>Two of the songs are instrumentals

The Wall

who?

Ween - The Mollusk

>milliseconds of the previous track are in the current track

C U T E

Lorde - Pure Heroine

Beauties can die?

Black Sabbath

I think To Pimp A Butterfly does. Perhaps not purposefully, but if you from the end of Mortal Man to Wesley's Theory it works really well

shoegaze qtpi

Give me fiveteen (15) examples, stat.

Good Girl/Carrots

BLACK COCK IS ALL I SEE

Only two I can think of are The Avalanches albums

Run the Jewels 3

(Weezer-Pinkerton)
Pink Triangle -> Falling For You

Frances the Mute, depending on the version

The glow pt.2

Dark Side of your Mum

never fucking noticed that

Do you guys unironically listen to Lemon Demon?

Only Spirit Phone. The other one is pretty shit.

>ending of song is slowly transitioning to the next song
>playlist is on shuffle

God-tier concept.

...

>Album name implies a certain number of tracks
>Album has one more track than what was implied

>single song
>performed live in two parts with hard transition in between

IIIIIIIILOOOOOOOVVEEEEYOUUUUUJEESSSUUUUUSSSCHRRRIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIISSSSSSSTTTTTTTT

>playlist is on shuffle
Now who's fault is that?

(fuck you, Braids)

...

>were we came in?
>Isn't this

Morning Picture Soundtracks by the radial heads

fucking hustle bones, does anybody else think they left that 10 seconds of silence at the end to make hype for ive seen footage?

>album is one 40 minute long track
>the final section uses riffs and melodies from previous sections and transitions between them effortlessly

NONAGON INFINITY OPENSTHADOOR

when Aberinkula transitions into Metatron. My fucking balls

Name an album that does that. No fucking way.

Winter's Gate - Insomnium

satans trips of truth
how can i get a qt 3.14 shoe gays gf real quick

...

what albums?

One of BTBAMs albums I think but I might be wrong as fuck I used to be really into them in like middle/high school and I don't remember very well. Don't want to sit down and re-listen and I can't find anything online so this post may be pointless.

Crimson, Crimson 2 - Edge of Sanity

GOAT

the King Gizzard one always felt so cheap to me how it just abruptly goes to the Robot Stop riff in the last 15 or so seconds

>Album is one long track
>The name of the track is different from the name of the album

aw yeah man

Dan Swano is a genius

>
You heard of one of his side projects, Witherscape? It's basically Edge of Sanity so it's pretty darn good

>track is clearly supposed to transition seamlessly but the music player fucks up and it sounds like a skip

>Transition between songs is a guy changing the radio station
I can't name one cooler than this

o h n o

Never heard of it, but I'm definitely checking this shit

Just discovered that this plays well cyclically

my least favorite thing on this earth

What on earth does this in the year of our lord two thousand 2017

kek thats on you dumbo

DSOTM

My point is that it sounds fucked unless you play em together.. wheres the fun in shuffle?

Stop being a pleb and just listen to full albums, faggot.

Close to the edge- yes kinda does this

Bongs for the deaf

Didnt Kedrick's new album do this?

The Slip

ANY WASP I SEE

I don't get the big meme about it either. I love the album and I really could listen to it on repeat. I've done so before for maybe 3 loops.

But can someone explain how it's a "perfect loop"? All I hear is a loud stopping of all notes, a split second of silence, and then Robot Stop comes in. Am I doing it wrong? Even if I listen to the seamless online loop

Not quite as perfect as that but abbey road has a lovely medley thing going for it at the end. Right?

Sort of, but not really. It does a rewind effect and then plays the first line of the album again, but that's all it really is.

Pic related?
While the 98.12.28 version isn't the whole album, it is actually over 40 minutes. (Studio is close.)

Might've had an extra track added during a re-release....

Skinny Puppy - The Process

What would this be?

>fiveteen (15)
are you retarded?

>Doesnt listen to a mix of best tracks from best albums in a playlist
>calling others pleb
