Our public schools do, that's a fact here in California, they happen so few times though, I can barely remember what entails in an emergency drill, I remember turning off lights, and hiding (usually under your table or some shit)?? I farted in every drill, got a laugh like 3/6 times

We did it like 5 times during elementary, middle school, and hs. They even installed special security doors for every door in the district after the Sandy Hook shooting.
