Recently got scammed by a fake hot Asian prostitute online. My mistake, I was an optimistic idiot that she was real.
Still, lost $40 on Paypal as an "upfront" payment, before "she" vanished.
So, I have the PayPal account and e-mail address of the scammer.
Any ideas on how to fuck them over?

I wish you an equal fate one day when you're doing some kind of underhand deal. Be it drugs, sex or whatever. If you're on the side of the scammers, you're just asking to make it harder in all the grey areas of life.
File a dispute with them. They can't accept money or pay for anything over paypal until the dispute is settled. If paypal is their main source of income they will have to rush to refund your money.

Pay $40 upfront
They started making shit excuses.
Immediately opened a dispute.
Upgraded all my account security.
Got the money back from the dispute.
Filed a fraud case against their account.
