It depends on your definition of Jewish. I don't think there is any accurate way to know who is more genetically related to the original Israelites and therefore the most Jew. I am 98.7% Ashkenazi, which in turn is probably about 60/40 Mideast/Euro genes. We are a people created by marrying outside the tribe.

i don't know if 23andme will even categorize mizrahi/sepharadi jews, i think they only handle ashkenazi. there are also other kinds like russian jews and ethiopean jews etc.
