The victim falls to ground with a really bad wound and the other man runs away.
You have two options.
Do you:
Run after the guy to catch him and provide justice, but the victim dies for his wounds?
Or
Help the victim by supplying first aid, save his life but the bad guy gets away and never gets caught?
