Dicamillo is still into acting. He was in Raab Himself's indie movie Borrowed Happines in 2014. Both him and Raab sorta cut their ties with Bam when Bam started to lose it and became best bud with Novak. Novak is literally the Yoko Ono of CKY.

Unlike Bam/CKY, Knoxville and Tremaine made the mistake of not securing ownership rights to their BB footage when they sold Jackass to MTV.
Both Bam and Knoxville/Tremaine used footage from their respective videos in season one of the show, but Bam had the foresight to just license his footage while retaining ownership of it whereas Knoxville/Tremaine took no such legal precautions and as such, MTV now owns all of the BB video footage that was used in season one, including the self-defense test.
It's one of the main reasons WHY it took season one so long to get released on DVD (Knoxville and Tremaine desperately wanted to release the BB sketches used on Jackass uncut, but MTV flat out refused to release the DVD if they did. Also why it took so long for the other sketches from season one to see the light of day on DVD in terms of the Lost Tapes DVD)
