Seriously, why not. Fuck it. They unwittingly rope him in without knowing his background, he goes along with it, plays his role, maybe lets the one that inevitably has the sad background keep his share, and disappears at the end. Throw in a Clooney cameo at some point with him asking Pitt about the job he's pulling.
