>you think you just committed the perfect murder
>the police are about to leave and as the last guy is about to walk out he turns around and looks at you
>"Just one more thing..."
You think you just committed the perfect murder
>ONE
>MORE
>THING
yes yes mother, a sound plan, a sound plan.
HOWEVER
Did Columbo ever get stumped?
'SUP MY BRO COLUMBO?!?
Poirot > Holmes >>>>>> Miss Marple > Columbo
The best ones were when Columbo would be obsessive 24/7 about a case because he almost couldn't solve it, then when talking to the villain he pretty much says everything but "I got you motherfucker!"
I've only seen the debut television movie. It reminded me of Double Indemnity, and I liked it a lot. My grandma was getting rid of all of her DVDs so she gave me the whole series. I should start watching them.
Yes, yes, well done lieutenant, well done
HOWEVER
Rosebud
So how much do you think he was subtly grilling them for clues and how much do you think it was just him fucking with them till they slipped up and proved what he already knew?
>Refuse to talk about the case with him
>Tell him politely to leave me alone, and if he's still insistent on questioning me he can arrest me and do it while I have a lawyer present
Why was everyone so retarded in this show? Most of these idiots would have gotten away with it if they just did what I said.
Written by people who were doing it for entertainment.
I remember watching Columbo years ago but frankly real life stories are so much more interesting.
>mfw marathoning Forensic Files and American Justice for like a fucking month straight
Comfy as fuck.
Yes, this is what I hate the most about these shows, the criminals pretty much just confess even if the evidence is weak.
Just shut up and get a good lawyer and you'll walk away free every time
He once pretended to be stumped to get the killer to mess up. That was a good one.
I need a Colombo box set.
Poirot = Columbo > Miss Marple >>>> Holmes
It's propaganda to have people believe if they ever commit a crime they will be caught, in reality at least 50% of crimes go unsolved mad that's me being on the safe side because I don't know the real stat, it's probably way higher
>columbo innocently asks guy questions about the murder
>guy gets flustered and defensive
>"I didnt see anything else, please leave me alone, good night"
why do the killers lose their cool so quick
They rarely lose their cool until the end. Before that they just say things that try and reinforce what they want the detective to believe. They think talking will steer him towards the story they set up.
JUST ONE MORE THING
i know right?
all the black guys caught are all innocent!
FUCK THE SYSTEM XDD
I never understood if he was just fucking with them or he was genuinely retarded
It's always a ruse.
Are you genuinely retarded?
>You see my wife...she loves flowers...
My wife will get a kick out of this
This ep was so fucking good
